Timeline for Project Year Results and Investor Payouts You Should Know!



📅 August 15, 2025: Issuer “The Issuer Co., Ltd.” will announce operating results (T) for Q1/2025 and Q2/2025, and declare the payout of returns.

📅 August 25, 2025: Trading in the digital asset exchange will be suspended from 00:00 to 23:59 — this is to execute token burn procedures proportionally in token holders’ wallets, based on the entitlements announced on August 15, 2025.

📅 August 25, 2025: Record date for determining eligible token holders (Snapshot, T+6). All investor records will be collected from ICO portals (primary market) and digital asset exchanges to register eligible recipients.

📅 August 26, 2025: Digital token trading resumes at exchanges from 00:00.

📅 August 28, 2025: Payout date — token holders will receive returns via the methods specified in the offering memorandum.

The token issuer will allocate quarterly returns from net rental income and gradually return principal to token holders via digital asset businesses or exchanges within 3 business days from the record date. Payout channels include:

  • Transfer to Cash Balance
  • For those holding tokens with digital asset businesses or exchanges. Withdrawal from Cash Balance is subject to fees set by those providers, which may change.
  • Bank Account Transfer
  • For token holders using digital wallets (from ICO portals), based on previously provided bank account details.

If the issuer cannot allocate quarterly returns from net rental income as scheduled, all eligible token holders will be notified beforehand. Payable in Thai Baht, subject to relevant taxes, expenses, and fees.
